Massage Services
Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, and Medical Massage are offered. In a typical session the first three types of massage are blended to give you a tailored massage. I start off with swedish massage in the area being worked to relax the tissues and feel out any areas of tension or adhesion in the muscle and fascial systems. Once any knots or adhesions are found, deep tissue massage will then be used. Swedish massage is again done on the area to assist the blood and lymphatic system in eliminating toxins that are released. After an area around a joint has been massaged I utilize thai stretching.
