Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first time here so that the appropriate paperwork can be filled out and so that you can receive as much of your session time on the table being massaged. People of all ages can be massaged. If a person is under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must be present. For payment; cash, local checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. A charge of $30 will be added for non-sufficient funds. Payment is due at the end of the session.
Cancellation Policy
Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, we request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee. Missed appointment fee for the first time is 50% of the full appointment value; after that, the amount is the full scheduled appointment fee. This applies to gift certificates as well.
Lateness Policy
Please arrive a little early or on time for your appointment. In order for us to uphold our professional standards of being 'on time', we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late. It is to the therapists descretion if they can work on you past the scheduled appointment time. If they can, anytime past the appointment time will be billed at an additional rate of $1 per minute. Full payment for the scheduled appointment is required even if you are late. If for any reason we are late starting your appointment you will receive the full scheduled time.
